Un OVA speciale venduto insieme ai DVD di Kikaider 01 chiamato "The boy with the Guitar: Kikaider vs Inazuman" (ギターを持った少年 -キカイダーVSイナズマン- Gitā o motta shōnen - kikaidā VS inazuman -?) in cui ci sara l'incontro tra Kikaider e Inazuman, un'altro super erore creato da Shotaro Ishinomori. la storia è basata sul capitolo del manga di Inazuman chiamato The boy with the Guitar (ギターを持った少年 Gitā o motta shōnen?).

Note sulla release:
Come potete vedere ci sono due differenti versioni: una in xvid basata sull'encoding ILA e un altra in H264 basata sulla versione Onmitsu, un gruppo brasiliano.

In entrambi i file troverete 4 tracce di sub, La mia bmz con i font colorati, quella in bianco e nero, e in fine quella in inglese e portoghese.
